Revature, a tech career launchpad, made significant growth in its first few years, becoming the largest employer of entry-level tech talent in the U.S. As competitors entered the market, the Revature team knew they needed to better communicate their story, their mission, and their unique approach across all their constituent audiences. From there their primary objective was to drive demand among college grads looking to start a career in tech.


With inputs from the leadership team, we workshopped the vision and story behind the brand. From there, we built a brand positioning, a refreshed brand narrative, and a creative platform. We brought it all to life in a new campaign, “Hello World,” targeted at potential candidates.
